Due to the "Vigipirate Plan", all public buildings have to respect strict security rules, thus all access to IPNO are now locked. The list of registered people will be given to the person in charge at the main entrance of IPN to make sure they let you enter even if we are not around.

IPN Orsay is located on the Orsay campus of "Université Paris-Sud", around 30 mn from Paris Denfert-Rochereau station by RER B. Several hotels are located near RER B stations in Paris (like in the 5th, 6th, 14th districts of Paris).

Coffee breaks and lunches will be offered.
Lunches will be taken together at the Orsay University canteen, building 98.
A welcome cocktail will be organised on July 1st at 6:00 PM at the cafeteria of IPN, building 102.
